I have read approximately a million Cherryh books, but never read RIDER AT THE GATE. I'm not sure why. Now I want to.

And wow, GRASS was creepy. I kept wishing I could stop reading it, but then I read some more...it was back when it was relatively new, and I got it from the library, so I was determined not to have to check it out again.
