Hey look and things still aren't better: a brief mental health update.

"Things are getting better day by day" was premature; we're now in one solid week of feeling like utter shite. At this point it may be back pain sustaining the misery; whatever is causing and/or perpetuating it, I am beyond the point of no spoons and into the territory of what-should-be-distracting-fails-to-be-pleasurable, and so I can't even manage to make the time pass faster. As per usual, it's depressing to be this depressed. It also makes for boring reading material, but I write this for my records. It is welcome to stop any day now.
